“This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again.”

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“Luxury description is false; everything about the house is cheap and presents health and safety issues. The chairs in the breakfast nook are not sturdy. The couch is super small and the love chair only seats one and collapses. The pots and pans are very cheap. The primary bedroom night table (there is only one) is missing screws and glue that it is a health and safety issue. And there is NO screen door on the sliding glass door to the backyard. “This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.”
